Tickets purchased for events are subject to the following refund conditions:- Non-Refundable: Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is postponed by the organizers.
- Postponed Events: If an event is postponed, ticket holders are eligible for a refund or a replacement ticket for the rescheduled date. Please contact our support team with your ticket details to process a refund.

- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are not provided for subscription fees once the subscription period has started.
