  2. Merchandise Purchases
    Merchandise includes physical items purchased through our platform. To be eligible for a return, your item must be different as in the description or defected.

      • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
      • Refund or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
    • Non-Refundable Cases:
      • Customized or personalized merchandise without any defect.

  3. Event Tickets
    Tickets purchased for events are subject to the following refund conditions:

    • Non-Refundable: Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is postponed by the organizers.
    • Postponed Events: If an event is postponed, ticket holders are eligible for a refund or a replacement ticket for the rescheduled date. Please contact our support team with your ticket details to process a refund.
  4. Subscription Services
    • Eligibility for Refund:
      • Refunds are not provided for subscription fees once the subscription period has started.
      • Exceptions may apply if there is a service outage exceeding 72 hours.
    • How to Cancel:
      • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.
