Due to supply chain disruptions, some products may be unavailable or on back order. SL VLOG reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability. In the event that a product is unavailable, SL VLOG will notify you to discuss available options including but not limited to an alternate product, full refund, or back order.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via SL VLOG’s preferred carrier. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. SL VLOG reserves the right to change shipping carriers at any time. SL VLOG is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at the address provided in the about us page.

We only ship within Sri Lanka. Make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to determine if you would like the order reshipped at your expense.

We hand over the products to the carrier within 4 business days of receiving the order. The carrier will then deliver the product to you within 7 business days. If you do not receive the product within 7 business days, please contact us immediately using the contact information provided in the about us page.
